Matt stays home with our children! He owns his own micro greens business called Poncha Creek Gardens and he works from 5-8 AM, then we switch and he takes the kids during the day. Matt started this company because our daughter has some difficult food allergies and this was one of the only ways to ensure her health through nutrient dense food. He works so hard to ensure that they are happy and having fun while learning about nature, growing plants, hiking, and skiing. He makes all their food from scratch and ensures that they get only the best. Our children are strong-willed, and Matt is able to maintain love and kindness as they grow and learn together.
